Base: $150,000K - $150,000K

Total Comp: $270,000-$300,000K

Base City: SOUTHEAST (Ideally based FL, TX, GA, but will consider anywhere on the East side of Country not Northeast)

Base State: FLORIDA

Geography Covered: SOUTHEAST

Remote? Traditional/Inhouse

Travel 50%

Relocation: MAYBE

We are looking for candidates for a great company that MUST HAVE minimum 5 yrs + Spine Device Sales

• Prior Cervical Disc Arthroplasty (CDA) or Arthroplasty exposure – MUST understand the OR environment
• Prior sales management OR Sales Leadership experience - Not a first time Manager with some Start up experience
• Can name relationships, that has held reps accountable
• Must have Spine experience (Orthopedic Extremity will not work)
• Education: Must have 4 yr Degree
