We are hiring for Medical Device Southeast Regional Sales Director for Spine for FL, TX, or GA.

Compensation
- Base: $150,000K – $150,000K
- Total Comp: $270,000-$300,000K
- Base City: Southeast (Ideally based FL, TX, GA, but will consider anywhere on the East side of Country not Northeast)
- Base State: FLORIDA
- Geography Covered: SOUTHEAST
- Remote: Traditional/Inhouse
- Travel: 50%
- Relocation: MAYBE
- Car allowance: YES
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in Spine Device Sales
- Prior Cervical Disc Arthroplasty (CDA) or Arthroplasty exposure – must understand the OR environment
- Prior sales management or sales leadership experience – not a first-time manager, some start-up experience
- Proven distributor management experience – can name relationships, has held reps accountable
- Must have Spine experience; Orthopedic Extremity experience will not be considered
- Education: 4‑year degree
