Compensation

Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and a total rewards package. Salary Range: $68,000 – $78,000.

Position Responsibilities

An Area Sales Director supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors). Responsibilities include:

• Manage customer relationships and grow the customer base for ID’s efforts.
• Engage in sales activities, seek new selling opportunities, and track sales data.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and adjust sales strategies using consumer insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales; experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

Essential Job Requirements

• Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver’s License and safe driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
