Enterprise Sales Director – Telecom (SaaS / Digital Solutions)

We’re looking for a high-performing individual contributor to drive enterprise solution sales across the telecom sector .

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multicultural, global environment and enjoys working hands‑on to close complex deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → closing → expansion)
  • Sell enterprise SaaS / AI / digital solutions to telecom operators (mandatory)
  • Build and grow strategic relationships with telecom clients (C-level stakeholders)
  • Drive new business acquisition + account expansion
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams (sales, product, delivery)
  • Contribute to revenue growth across Europe

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–15 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Proven experience selling solutions to telecom operators in Europe (MANDATORY)
  • Strong background in SaaS / AI / analytics / cloud / cybersecurity solutions
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multi‑stakeholder deal cycles
  • Experience working in international / multicultural environments
  • Comfortable working as a hands‑on individual contributor (no team management)
  • Fluency in German (mandatory)
