
Enterprise Sales Director – Telecom (SaaS / Digital Solutions)

We’re looking for a high-performing individual contributor to drive enterprise solution sales across the telecom sector .
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multicultural, global environment and enjoys working hands‑on to close complex deals.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle (prospecting → closing → expansion)
- Sell enterprise SaaS / AI / digital solutions to telecom operators (mandatory)
- Build and grow strategic relationships with telecom clients (C-level stakeholders)
- Drive new business acquisition + account expansion
- Collaborate with cross‑functional global teams (sales, product, delivery)
- Contribute to revenue growth across Europe
What We’re Looking For
- 7–15 years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven experience selling solutions to telecom operators in Europe (MANDATORY)
- Strong background in SaaS / AI / analytics / cloud / cybersecurity solutions
- Demonstrated success in complex, multi‑stakeholder deal cycles
- Experience working in international / multicultural environments
- Comfortable working as a hands‑on individual contributor (no team management)
- Fluency in German (mandatory)
