Credo is seeking an experienced Director of Sales based in Austin, TX to lead and expand our NeoCloud and enterprise OEM business across key strategic accounts including HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and IBM. This role is responsible for driving design‑ins and revenue growth across Credo portfolio of high‑speed connectivity solutions supporting next‑generation AI data center deployments. The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise sales leadership experience, strong executive relationships, and the ability to influence platform decisions early in the architecture cycle.

Base salary range is $260,000 - $320,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise OEM accounts including HPE, Dell, Lenovo, and IBM
  • Engage senior technical, architecture, procurement, and executive stakeholders to influence roadmap and platform decisions
  • Lead complex, multi‑year sales cycles from early technical engagement through volume deployment
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, product management, and marketing to align customer requirements with Credo roadmaps
  • Identify and qualify new NeoCloud and enterprise opportunities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and tracking key milestones
  • Represent Credo locally at customer sites, industry events, and executive briefings
  • Support negotiation of commercial terms and long‑term supply agreements
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform strategy and investment priorities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise or strategic account sales experience in semiconductors, networking, optics, or data center infrastructure
  • Proven success selling into Tier‑1 OEMs (e.g., HPE, Dell, Lenovo, IBM) or similar large enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of AI data center architectures, including optics, interconnects, PCIe, and high‑speed signaling
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical sales cycles and influence early design decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
  • Established executive‑level relationships within enterprise OEM or hyperscale ecosystems
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and operations teams
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution discipline
  • Ability to operate independently with a high degree of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Based in Austin, TX with willingness to travel as needed
