Position Responsibilities

• Support direct store delivery (DSD) sales and independent distributors (IDs)
• Manage customer relationships and grow the customer base
• Engage in sales activities, seek new selling opportunities, and track sales data
• Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution in the market
• Use digital tools to showcase execution wins and growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the Market Vice President and Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities
• Apply consumer insights to adjust sales strategies and maximize sales

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales; experience as a sales representative, distributor, or other sales position required
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business Administration, or equivalent experience

Essential Job Requirements

• Must acquire and maintain a DOT medical card
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Salary

USD 69,856.35 – 77,209.65 per year.
