Dual Director of Sales

As a Dual Director of Sales , you bring high‑energy, customer‑centric focus and drive to the hotel’s total sales effort. In other words, you get paid to make relationships!

You are eligible for quarterly bonuses, paid time off and vacation reimbursement for your rest and recreation. You will also receive a robust onboarding experience and ongoing regional support.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.
  • Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
  • Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue and Operations teams to forecast and budget revenue and expenses.
  • Lead and partner with operational departments to support all sales outcomes.
  • Champion brand and company reputation by cultivating relationships with local community groups and corporate clients.
  • Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside and inside sales, and new conversations to generate leads.
  • Negotiate, adapt and close business deals.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with direct client relationships (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
  • Creative, innovative sales mindset.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years in hotel sales within major brands, or 3+ years in non‑hotel sales leadership.
  • Ability to learn systems technology.
  • Professionalism and strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.

Systems Proficiency

Delphi FDC, Profit Sword, and Hospitality (Brand) Systems.
