Job Overview

As our Director of Sales Operations, you will shape the strategy and infrastructure that power our sales engine. By designing scalable processes, data‑driven analytics, and effective tools, you’ll enable the sales team to surpass targets, streamline operations, and elevate the customer experience—driving growth across revenue, markets, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service – oversee order management and interactions with direct customers and distribution partners located in Singapore.
  • Sales Incentive Plan – work with executive management to define the annual sales incentive plan, manage individual agreements, track performance to plan and collaborate with finance on quarterly payouts.
  • Split Revenue – manage the process, systems, and implementation of revenue that is split between design and production territories.
  • Quoting – manage the quoting system in Salesforce and Oracle, including the business rules that set quote bids, and resolve any arising issues.
  • Opportunities/Design Wins – capture opportunities and associated information, keep data clean and up‑to‑date, and identify design wins.
  • Forecast – manage the monthly detailed customer forecast for sell‑through and sell‑in, including data, tools, and reporting.
  • Territory Management – define and maintain sales territory rules in the custom Territory Management Engine, resolve disputes, and set rules based on data.
  • Reporting – develop and manage reporting dashboards with IT; produce Excel and PowerPoint deliverables for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Ad Hoc Information Management – quickly produce detailed information as requested on a daily ad‑hoc basis.
  • IT Projects/Sales Automation – drive automation through Salesforce, Oracle, and other systems with the IT teams, including definition, design, and timely implementation.
  • Systems – oversee the entirety of Salesforce, sales sections of Oracle, ServiceNow, and several custom‑built systems.
  • Data Integrity – ensure data integrity across all sales systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor sales processes, such as ship and debit.
  • Thorough understanding of Excel and PowerPoint; mastery of Microsoft Access and knowledge of relational databases is extremely helpful.
  • Ability to work with all levels in the corporation from the CEO down.
  • Self‑driven with a high sense of urgency.

Compensation

The annual base pay range for this position is $183,365 to $263,639. Salary is determined by role, level, qualifications, and work location. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new‑hire salaries in California.
