What You’ll Do
As the HVAC Director, you’ll take ownership of operations and play a key role in scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic growth initiatives to increase revenue and profitability
- Oversee daily HVAC operations, ensuring efficiency and service excellence
- Implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve performance
- Track, analyze, and optimize KPIs across operations and service teams
- Lead budgeting, cost control, and profitability initiatives
- Partner with sales leadership to execute revenue growth strategies
- Ensure all service jobs are completed on time, within scope, and budget
- Lead, coach, and develop field and office teams
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of operations leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical services, or construction
- Strong expertise in residential HVAC systems
- Proven ability to lead teams and scale operations
- Strong understanding of sales performance and revenue‑driving strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Data‑driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and operational efficiency
