Their Edge AI platform, extends that with pre-trained models, datasets, blueprints, and tooling that accelerate edge deployment. The market is moving fast and the pipeline is real. They need a senior leader to own it end-to-end and build the team around it.

What you'll own

  • Drive global revenue across engineering services and platform/subscription products
  • Close strategic enterprise and ecosystem-level deals - working directly alongside the founder and exec team
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation through close and long-term expansion
  • Build, structure, and mentor a high-performance sales organisation as the company scales
  • Cultivate long-term strategic accounts within semiconductor vendors, IP providers, OEMs, and platform teams
  • Represent the company with executive credibility at customer meetings, partner events, and industry conferences

What you bring

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales, ideally across software, embedded systems, or engineering services
  • A track record of winning complex, consultative deals - not commodity sales
  • Established relationships across the semiconductor ecosystem: chip vendors, IP providers, OEMs/ODMs, platform and enablement teams
  • Comfortable with long cycles involving both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Experience selling solutions that blend services, software, and ongoing partnership
  • Strong executive presence and the communication skills to match
  • Edge AI, IoT, or intelligent edge platform background
  • Experience selling engineering services alongside software tooling or platforms
  • Familiarity with semiconductor developer ecosystems, reference designs, or enablement programmes
  • Prior experience building or scaling a sales function at a growth-stage technology company
