
Director of Sales - CCRC (Senior Living)

Govig & Associates is partnering with a premier senior living community in Fort Worth to identify an accomplished Director of Sales & Marketing to lead a well-established and mission-driven team.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a small team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Personally manage a portfolio of leads and act as a Selling Director, producing consistent move‑ins (3-4 per month).
- Partner with the community’s leadership team to execute strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Analyze key performance metrics, monitor conversion rates, and use data to guide decision‑making.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral partners through trust, follow‑up, and community engagement.
- Leverage event marketing, outreach, and digital campaigns to increase traffic and enhance the community’s market visibility.
- Collaborate with regional resources and specialists to align on goals, campaigns, and training initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven success in senior living sales, preferably with Independent Living or CCRC (Type C entry fee) experience.
- A hands‑on, relationship‑driven leader who enjoys both selling and coaching.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset; comfortable managing sales data, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Confident yet collaborative leadership style, decisive without being domineering.
- Warm, polished communicator who builds credibility with prospective residents and inspires trust in their team.
- Able to thrive in a stable, high‑performing community environment while bringing fresh ideas and strategic energy.
