What You’ll Own
As Director of Sales, you will take full ownership of top-line performance and market share growth for your assigned property.
You will:
- Aggressively pursue new business through local prospecting, networking, and community involvement
- Build strong relationships across corporate, government, and group segments
- Leverage market knowledge to identify and capture demand tied to Huntsville’s key industries
- Partner with the GM and Revenue Manager to align strategy and maximize RevPAR
- Stay ahead of competitors by understanding rate positioning, demand shifts, and local activity
- Participate in brand and Helix revenue calls, bringing insight and accountability
- Track performance and adjust strategy based on real-time data and trends
