Director of Sales for Assisted Living Facilities

Director of Sales for Assisted Living Facilities Marquis Health Consulting Services continues to grow, and we are looking for a Director of Sales to support our expanding portfolio of Assisted Living facilities in the Newport News area.

Responsibilities

• Increase and support census growth in each community
• Foster and support a Culture of Census in each community
• Assist with sales plan development and quarterly reviews
• Collaborate with VP of Sales on goal setting for AL communities based on historic trends and annual budget goals
• Review monthly marketing spend to ensure it is strategic, provides ROI, and aligns with budgets
• Ensure customer service standards are being met in all departments
• Ensure compliance with Senior Living Core Programs and policies through field audits at each community

Qualifications

• 2+ years of skilled nursing sales and marketing leadership experience
• Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence
• Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation
• Ability to work flexible hours

Compensation

Annual Salary range $70K to $80K
