Our client, a global SaaS leader in IoT/Mobility is expanding in Atlanta looking for a Director of “Enterprise” Sales to lead and manage a team of 8 Account Executives and Account Managers. This is a hybrid role with an existing pipeline/forecast projecting to exceed $7M ARR quota.
Responsibilities
This Director will inherit an existing pipeline, and team which is expected to exceed quota.
Ideal Profile
- 7+ years in Enterprise SaaS
- 3+ years Sales Leadership – building and scaling an Enterprise sales team of 8
- Domain knowledge in AI, IoT, Mobility, Supply Chain, data driven analytics, digital transformation or similar
- Experience in “change management” and operationalizing sales to be disciplined, process oriented and outcomes based
- Formal sales in MEDDIC, Challenger or similar – structured model
- Track record of exceeding quota in the $5M-$6M ARR range
- Degreed
- Location: Atlanta – hybrid model
- Compensation – OTE $260K range (base in the $200K range)
