About the team
The Real Estate team oversees a comprehensive property portfolio, focusing on development, disposition, and cost management through accurate estimating and negotiation. Collaborating with internal and external partners, the team ensures compliance and advances strategic initiatives to reduce risks and optimize investments. Members lead projects from site selection to construction, applying strong project management and negotiation skills. The team promotes continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth, supporting effective communication and collaboration to deliver value while upholding company standards in all real estate operations.
What you’ll do
- Direct financial sustainability by preparing budgets, evaluating expenditures, and overseeing budgetary control for the real estate department.
- Negotiate contracts and labor rates, review change orders, and recommend revisions to ensure cost efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Manage deal negotiations and due diligence from site selection through construction, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies.
- Lead talent development initiatives, fostering workforce capability and succession planning aligned with business objectives.
- Promote integrity and ethical standards across all real estate operations and team interactions.

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preparing and executing budgets, Profit and Loss (P&L) Responsibility, Project Management; Masters: Business Administration; Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification.
