- Partners with senior leadership to shape and execute global HR strategies, workforce planning, and long‑term organizational development
- Oversees global HR operations, including payroll, HRIS, analytics, and compliance—while defining governance, processes, and system priorities
- Manages the HR operating budget, vendor relationships, and cost‑optimization initiatives to support scalable, efficient HR service delivery
- Leads process improvements, technology upgrades, automation, and AI‑driven capabilities to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Ensures global policy compliance, maintains accurate SOPs and process maps, and uses data‑driven insights to improve HR outcomes
- Collaborates cross‑functionally with Finance, Legal, and IT while staying current on global HR trends, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, supported by a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and deep expertise in global HR operations, compliance, and HRIS systems.
- Finance/Investor relations industry experience a must.
- Strong analytical and business acumen with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and drive actionable, cost‑effective solutions.
- Broad operational understanding across finance, customer service, production, and employee management
- People‑centric leader with exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities, known for approachability, collaboration, and effectiveness in fast‑paced environments
