Director HRIS Strategy & Delivery

We are currently partnering with a Financial Services firm on a Director, HRIS Strategy & Delivery search. This is a high-impact leadership role with oversight of a well-established team and significant visibility across the organization.
Hybrid: Charlotte, Des Moines, Phoenix, or Dallas
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a People Operations team (1 Manager, 2 HRIS Business Partners, 6 Analysts)
- Own HR operations strategy, service delivery, and process optimization
- Drive HRIS governance, enhancements, and reporting capabilities
- Partner cross-functionally to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance, data integrity, and scalable infrastructure
Ideal Background:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong People Operations and HRIS focus
- Deep Workday experience (configuration, optimization, reporting, and partnership with the business)
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Experience in financial services, investment management, or similarly complex/matrixed environments preferred
- Strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on when needed
