  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across marketing metrics
  • Partner with Engineering/Data teams to optimize warehouse architecture (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.)
  • Implement automated reporting and KPI monitoring systems

2. Marketing Performance Analytics & ROI Modeling

  • Build robust CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin models
  • Develop multi‑touch attribution and channel performance frameworks
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
  • Support forecasting and scenario modeling for quarterly planning

3. BI & Executive Reporting

  • Standardize KPI definitions across Marketing and Finance
  • Deliver executive‑ready performance reports and board materials
  • Enable self‑serve analytics for the broader marketing team

4. Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary data partner to Marketing leadership
  • Advise on budget allocation and channel mix optimization
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support go‑to‑market and growth strategy with data‑backed insights

Required Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years in Marketing Analytics, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence
  • Advanced SQL skills (comfortable building complex queries and models)
  • Experience building ETL pipelines and working with data warehouses
  • Experience with DBT, Airflow, or similar workflow orchestration tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion, retention)
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product
  • Strong data modeling and forecasting skills
