Position Title: Director of Operations
The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of the company alongside the Founder and CEO. A strong background in managing blue-collar workforces, particularly in landscaping and related trades, is essential. Director Of Operations Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and Operating Partner to enhance operational processes
- Manage and optimize technology integration across various business functions
- Oversee financial operations and ensure accounting accuracy
- Lead efforts in workforce management and recruitment
- Implement and onboard ERP software to support company growth
Director Of Operations Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of operations experience
- Experience in managing blue-collar workforces, particularly in construction or landscaping
- Strong accounting skills
- Bachelor's degree or MBA
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and accounting software like QuickBooks
- Experience in implementing ERP software is preferred
- Knowledge of horticulture is preferred
