ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT

Responsibilities
As our Associate Vice President on the Personal Lines team, you will provide the highest quality service to customers, sell new lines of coverage, cross‑sell within the existing book of business, and manage a team. You will serve as the main point of contact between the insurance company (MIB) and clients, including Business Managers and high net‑worth individuals. Daily guidance and oversight will be provided to team members responsible for processing transactions for an assigned book of business.
You must have extensive experience in the field, including constant expansion of knowledge about new products and services. An insurance designation or related coursework will be required, or at least 15–20 years of work experience in insurance.

Additional Qualifications (Not required but a plus)
- College degree preferred (high school diploma required)
- Current California Department of Insurance license
- 10 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods; use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
- Work performed in a typical interior/office environment.

Compensation
The applicable base salary range for this role is $77,700 to $165,700. Base pay will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, the position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
