Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP Manufacturing Execution (ME) and Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (MII) systems.
The ideal candidate will lead the integration of SAP S/4HANA with MES platforms, configure SAP ME/MII modules to meet manufacturing needs, and support end-to-end implementation activities including training, testing, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support and configuration of SAP ME and SAP MII modules.
- Lead integration efforts between SAP S/4HANA and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Customize SAP ME/MII to support production tracking, equipment integration, and quality management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Support project phases including blueprinting, knowledge transfer, testing, migration, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Conduct training workshops and prepare documentation for end users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP ME/MII and MES integration.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 15 years of hands-on experience in SAP ME and SAP MII.
- Proven experience integrating SAP S/4HANA with MES platforms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and execution systems.
- Experience in SAP configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supporting large-scale manufacturing implementations.
- Exposure to industry-specific MES platforms and integration tools.
