Role: Employee Development Specialist

This posting is for a contract assignment and is not a full-time employment offer with Boeing. Candidates selected for roles will be employed as contract workers through a Boeing approved 3rd party for the duration of the specified project.

Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead projects to produce educational deliverables.
  2. Monitor stakeholders' operating environment and key business measures.
  3. Coach and develop less experienced instructors.
  4. Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify additional instructors.
  5. Deploy development tools and monitor implementation and performance outcomes.
  6. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training consultation services.
  7. Identify and validate training effectiveness through observation, measurement, testing, review, and analysis.
  8. Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers to develop training enhancements, job aids, and activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in aerospace manufacturing operations or support.
  • Experience in coaching, instructing, or employee development.
  • Experience designing leadership development curriculum.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and detailed work instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certifications.
  • Experience with Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, Systems.
  • Experience as a mechanic with relevant systems.
  • Experience in Electrician/Structure/Wing/Spar Assembly, Needs Assessment, and Job Analysis.

Pay Rate Range:

Min: $44.56/hr, Max: $48.96/hr USD
