The Workforce Learning & Development organization is currently seeking Experienced Employee Development Specialists to join their group in Auburn, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in adult training and instruction techniques who has a passion for training the next generation of skilled workers. This position supports our internal New Hire Onboarding program and foundational skills instruction.
Position Responsibilities
Ability to apply knowledge of instructional skills (e.g., preparation, delivery, summary, assess student progress, remediation, motivation, engagement, etc.)
Using a variety of media, clearly conveys information and ideas to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the content.
Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods.
Identifies potential issues that impact performance and recommends development of improvement recommendations.
Able to assess requirements and schedule courses and instructors.
Analyze, validate, optimize and coordinate training requests for new hire, recall, and transfer employees.
Be able to support off-shift as necessary.
Required Skills
Strong background in Fabrication, Assembly, Composites and/or Quality Systems.
Strong background in training and instructional skills.
Pay Rate Range
Min Pay Rate $37
Max Pay Rate $42
