What You’ll Do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters.
- Foster employee engagement and drive change initiatives.
- Deliver HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Support union relations, organizational planning, and compliance with employment laws.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR or SHRM certifications preferred.
- 5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in union relations.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, labor laws, and HR systems.
- Strong communicator, ethical leader, and skilled conflict manager.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel between local work sites.
