QUALIFICATIONS OF DINING ROOM MANAGER
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Kitchen Manager or commensurate experience.
Must be capable of regular attendance
Excellent supervisor and communication skills
DUTIES OF DINING ROOM MANAGER
Oversee the dining room service
Supervise the servers
Assign seating in dining room
Set up the dining room and serve members
Assist with cleaning of the dining room, kitchen, and food prep areas
Assist residents and team members with beverages, salads, soups, desserts, and other service needs
