Associate (strategy & corporate development)

Base Pay Range

$175,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Coda Search is partnering with a pioneering asset management group that is seeking to hire an Associate with offices located in Greenwich, CT. This is a dynamic company that has a global presence and has shown consistent growth over the course of the last few years. The Associate will work closely with the leadership team and have diverse responsibilities across budgeting/forecasting, performance reporting, financial modeling, valuations and working on several strategic projects around M&A and fundraising activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all performance reporting across several entities
• Create financial models analyzing key performance metrics
• Assist with corporate development and strategic analysis
• Support M&A and fundraising activities working closely with the leadership team
• Lead the annual budgeting process and work closely with various department heads
• Analyze financial reports and provide key insights to allow leadership to make informed decisions
• Prepare forecasts and assist with the group financial plan
• Assist with any special projects across the group

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required / MBA would be a plus
• 4+ years of FP&A experience
• Prior experience in investment banking would be a plus
• Extensive experience preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Strong Excel and system skills
