What you’ll bring

• Strong background in corporate strategy, business transformation or strategic operations
• Experience in industrials, manufacturing, or adjacent heavy sectors (mining a plus)
• Commercial rigor and analytical strength — able to challenge and influence at senior level
• Engineering or technical degree preferred; MBA advantageous
