Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations
- Follow up on leads, schedule tours, and close deals
- Work with parents to define children’s learning needs
- Provide center tours while maintaining awareness of current students
- Engage with children and families within the center
- Ensure parents understand their child’s progress
- Oversee coaches/tutors to meet team needs
- Maintain a fun and safe learning environment for students
- Uphold corporate standards for cleanliness & operations
- Adapt quickly to center dynamics
- Report weekly to the executive team on progress
Qualifications
- Proven work history with children 7+ and enthusiasm for kids
- Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership
- Familiarity with technology, Microsoft Office, social media, and office equipment
- Flexible, fun, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Deadline‑ and detail‑oriented – never miss dates or overlook customers
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Compensation
$34,000.00 – $51,000.00 per year
