Senior Estimator – General Contractor
Our client is a reputable General Contractor and seeks a Senior Estimator to join their team. The company specializes in ground‑up commercial construction.
Base Pay Range
$170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare materials pricing
- Contribute to value engineering studies
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and Engineers
Qualifications
- You have 7+ years of Estimating experience with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on commercial construction
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
- Proficiency with estimating software, take‑off software (On‑Screen Takeoff), BIM and MS Office suite
- Knowledge and understanding of construction drawings
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well in a team based environment
