Responsibilities
- Review NAV packages prepared by the fund administrators
- Review calculation of management fees & incentive fees
- Assist with corporate and regulatory reporting requirements
- Analyze and prepare expense allocations and budgets
- Assist with annual audits and provide information for tax preparation
- Assist with managing short/long-term fund liquidity
- Review wire transfer requests
- Ensure portfolio valuation is accurate and verify portfolio pricing to third-party sources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CPA required
- 6-9 years of public/private accounting experience
- Closed-end registered investment company experience preferred
- Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise
- Experience with AI, Altyrex, Anaplan or Power BI a plus
Salary Range
$150,000-$170,000
