Job Description
This role is responsible for interacting directly with customers and various internal functional groups to ensure the timely delivery of custom reagents and services. Primary responsibilities include supporting the custom reagent program as the liaison between the customer and the business, with focus on sales quotes and order management.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have experience with SAP, ERP, and order management. A college degree is preferred, and candidates must have high attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Support the custom reagent program as the liaison between the customer and the business
- Gather customer requirements and specifications for make-to-order product configurations and pricing
- Maintain technical accuracy and completeness of quote and order management processes
- Direct customer contact via telephone and e-mail
- Attention to detail, order accuracy, compliance with department standards, and excellent time management skills are required
Requirements
