Macdonald & Company has partnered with an established private industrial developer / investment platform to appoint a Senior Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of institutional-grade industrial assets across Metro Atlanta and the Southeast.

This is a senior-level role with full responsibility for day-to-day operations, tenant relationships, budgeting, capital planning, vendor management and ensuring best-in-class performance of stabilized and development-to-core industrial assets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across a regional industrial portfolio (stabilized + lease-up)
• Act as primary point of contact for tenants, ensuring strong relationships and retention
• Lead annual budgeting, CAM reconciliation and financial reporting processes
• Manage maintenance, repairs, capital projects and vendor performance
• Partner closely with asset management and development teams on strategic decisions
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, environmental and safety standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial property management experience — strong industrial experience required
• Proven ability to manage Class A / institutional industrial assets and sophisticated tenants
• Strong understanding of budgeting, CAM, and capital planning
• Confident working alongside ownership, capital partners and leasing teams
• High sense of accountability, leadership and operational excellence
