Apollo Interactive is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator to join our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a junior-level, full-time position designed to support the day-to-day operations of our high-performing Email and SMS marketing channels.

In this role, you’ll assist with campaign execution, help refine our internal tools, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of our lifecycle marketing programs. You’ll gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign testing, and reporting, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to launch or grow their career in performance and lifecycle marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Support the creation, QA, and deployment of email and SMS campaigns
• Write light marketing copy for messages, subject lines, and CTAs
• Assist with campaign testing and monitor results
• Track and log A/B test results for future learning
• Research creative inspiration and ideas for new messaging, templates, and formats
• QA tools and ensure reporting accuracy
• Assist with vendor and partner prospecting

Who You Are

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Curious and eager to learn
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with accuracy
• Comfortable working with data
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
• Experience with marketing platforms or CRM tools is a plus
• Experience with performance marketing is a plus
• BA/BS degree from 4-year university is required
