Responsibilities
- P&L Ownership: Drive growth across revenue, order booking, operating margin, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute long-term account strategies with clear quarterly and monthly KPIs.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with VP and CXO-level client stakeholders.
- Sales Enablement: Lead upselling and cross-selling across service lines including ADM, Digital Engineering, BPO, Data & AI, Enterprise Solutions, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Demand Generation: Oversee pipeline reviews and performance tracking on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute account-specific marketing plans to elevate brand visibility and client engagement.
- Alliance Development: Build strategic partnerships relevant to the account ecosystem.
- Proposal Management: Lead teams in crafting proactive proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
- Resource Fulfillment: Ensure timely allocation of resources to meet delivery and revenue goals.
- Talent Development: Identify and mentor future leaders within the account team.
- Delivery Oversight: Conduct regular engagement reviews with client delivery teams.
- Operational Coordination: Liaise with client-side supplier management teams to ensure smooth contract, invoice, and payment processes.
Requirements
- Proven success in growing large accounts within a global delivery model.
- Prior experience managing a sizable P&L in a senior leadership role.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across service lines and time zones.
- Ability to lead and inspire multicultural teams.
- Strong Lifesciences and Healthcare Industry domain background is desirable
