Consignment Director Music/Entertainment

We are seeking intermediate to expert level skill sets in several fields in the Music, Entertainment Collectibles area. The Consignment Director is responsible for sourcing high‑end collectibles and placing them into auction, and for handling communications from the beginning of sale to the end. A strong knowledge of the subject matter is required. High‑end sales experience and/or prior collectibles work experience is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities And Duties

• Offer advice and recommendations to experienced collectors confidently
• Identify authentic and counterfeit items
• Evaluate a wide range of collectibles
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales efforts via email and phone
• Communicate well verbally and in writing
• Possess strong knowledge of Memorabilia
• Maintain strong relationship management skills catering to high‑net‑worth customers
• Consistently close sales by engaging customers and driving revenue growth
• Meet and exceed quota expectations through strong sales execution, organization, and follow‑through
• Create and manage auctions to maximize product visibility and sales performance
• Offer white‑glove services for sellers

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years hobby‑related experience
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and email tools

Additional Details

Base pay may vary based on location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may include a target bonus and restricted stock units, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off, such as PTO and parental leave).
