We are currently searching for a Director of Operations for an industry‑leading client. This position will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and focus to ensure operational performance excellence and deliver to our clients growing customer demand.
Responsibilities
- Leads cross‑functional plant leadership to achieve goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Drives operational performance using KPIs and fosters a culture of accountability.
- Oversees quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and change control processes.
- Manages new product introductions with oversight of technical, business, and process aspects.
- Develops annual financial plans, forecasts performance, and manages capital investments.
- Supports talent development and fosters a culture that enables employees to reach their full potential.
