Consumer Research Centre Director

We are looking for a Consumer Research Centre Director to join our client site in New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day facility operations, including scheduling, resource planning, and staff assignments.
  • Oversee all quantitative research activities: study design, costing, project management, programming, monitoring fieldwork, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain study protocols, informed consent, screeners, and questionnaires.
  • Ensure the facility is maintained in optimal testing condition, including tech setup, lab cleanliness, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements, including adverse event and product quality complaint reporting.
  • Direct client liaison on facility availability, research requests, and fieldwork operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize and schedule research projects.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Degree in a related discipline (Consumer Science, Sensory Science, Food Science, Psychology).
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Strong background in quantitative research methodologies (e.g., CLTs, HUTs, etc.).
  • Strong background in client relationships and team management.
  • Proven experience in facility or operations management.
  • Familiarity with research platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
