Key Responsibilities
- Convert architect sketches into precise CAD frameworks using Graphisoft Archicad 26.
- Review and verify construction drawings for accuracy and compliance with IRC and local zoning regulations.
- Produce pricing and construction drawings from design concepts.
- Collaborate on material selections, cabinetry, millwork, and detailing.
- Support the team with technical expertise and creative problem‑solving.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of architectural drafting/design experience (ideally 5+ years).
- Proficiency in Archicad (preferred) and Mac OS.
- Knowledge of residential construction processes and local zoning regulations in Dallas, Highland Park, and University Park.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and adapt quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, team‑oriented approach; familiarity with classical architecture terminology is a plus.
