RN Surgical Services Director

Surgical Services RN Director – Arkansas
Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + Relocation Assistance

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven perioperative leader to oversee a high-volume surgical program within a 175-bed medical center. Reporting to the CNO, you'll lead operations across the OR, PACU, Pre/Post-Op, Outpatient Surgery, and Endoscopy, supporting a team of approximately 80 FTEs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide full operational and clinical oversight of surgical services
• Drive OR performance metrics including case volume, turnover times, and block utilization
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations
• Ensure quality, compliance, and patient-centered care
• Partner with leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes

What You Bring

• RN license required
• 3+ years of Director-level experience
• BSN required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong perioperative background (OR, PACU, Pre/Post, Endoscopy)
• Experience leading large teams (60+ FTEs preferred)
