Senior Commercial Property Tax Analyst - MAI , CMI

Description

• Review property valuations to identify property tax savings opportunities using the various Income, Sales, and Cost approach analyses.
• Lead and advise staff of appeal processes.
• Perform various analyses for clients such as tax projections, annual budgets, communicate appeal status, and review/discuss client needs.
• Present and negotiate appeals with various assessing jurisdictions.
• Communicate and present the firm's services to potential clients.
• Review and approve invoices.

Requirements

• Work in F|B’s Chicago office daily.
• MAI Appraiser designation.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related fields.
• Excellent presentation and communications skills.
• Minimum Cumulative Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
