Work schedule will be full-time on the day shift, 40 hours/week; in office.

Summary

Responsible for overall monitoring and analysis of the organization’s revenue, including maximizing gross and net revenue capture, coding accuracy, ensuring maximum reimbursement, and regulator compliance. Responsible for the availability and interpretation of reporting and analytics necessary for the clinical and financial departments to drive financial improvement.

Education with Equivalent Qualifications

• Bachelor's degreein Accounting or Finance

Experience with Equivalent Qualifications

• Eight years accounting or other financial experience required
• Five years healthcare experience required
• Three years management experience required
• Proficient knowledge and experience with MS Office, namely MS Excel required

Nonessential

• Revenue Integrity and Decision Support experience preferred
• SQL experience preferred
• Epic experience preferred

Schedule: 40 hours/week; in office, Day Shift, Monday-Friday Standard Days
