Job Description
- Oversee the management and daily operations of district facilities
- Supervise and evaluate maintenance and custodial staff
- Plan and direct work for building and grounds personnel
- Conduct routine inspections of school buildings and facilities
- Identify maintenance needs and ensure timely and effective repairs
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Prepare cost estimates and recommend materials and purchases
- Provide training and support for maintenance and custodial staff
- Ensure compliance with state facility regulations and OSHA requirements
- Maintain a safe environment through inspections and safety procedures
- Communicate regularly with administration regarding facility needs

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative

- High school diploma or GED required
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required
