## DescriptionJOIN OUR TEAM AS OUR DIRECTOR OF PLANT OPERATIONS!Annual bonus opportunity! **Your Work Matters**Meadowview Behavioral Hospital is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director of Plant Operations & Safety to oversee all facility operations, life safety, and regulatory readiness. This leadership role ensures a safe, compliant, and well-maintained physical environment that supports patient care, staff safety, and operational excellence.* Ensure continuous compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and state/local regulatory requirements* Oversee all plant operations to maintain a safe, functional, and therapeutic environment* Develop and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all building systems and equipment* Lead safety, security, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation programs as Safety Officer and Safety Committee Chair* Plan, conduct, and document required fire drills, disaster drills, and emergency preparedness activities* Investigate safety incidents and facility-related events and implement corrective actions* Lead and supervise Plant Operations staff, including performance management, training, and workforce safety* Partner with executive leadership on budgeting, capital planning, renovations, and vendor management* Maintain required documentation for life safety testing, inspections, and regulatory compliance**Your Experience Matters** *What we’re looking for:** ***Education & Licensure:*** Degree in Facility Management or a related field preferred. + Trade school education with relevant experience is considered* ***Experience:*** Minimum of six (6) years of experience in plant operations, facility management, or maintenance. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
