Do you have a good working knowledge of and the ability to perform professional level maintenance services, such as plumbing, electrical, appliances, heating and air-conditioning, and general construction? Responsibilities
- oversee maintenance services for the campus
- conduct routine tests and inspections
- maintain facility\'s fire, disaster, and emergency preparedness plans
- manage the preventive maintenance program
- oversee and assist with painting and repairs
- coordinate groundskeeping
- lead and direct maintenance personnel
Required Qualifications
- applicants must be 18+ years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent, and a one-year technical diploma or 5 years of related experience
- possess a valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
- thorough knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and allied machinery, as well as the various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- ability to read and interpret blueprints, have comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal codes and ordinances and safety regulations
- ability to plan and carry out programs in repair or new construction, and have knowledge of record keeping and cost estimating
