Job Overview

Sales Lead at Pandora @ Outlets of Midsouth. You will support managers and sales associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving in‑store sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support managers and sales associates to meet store sales goals.
  • Build genuine connections with fans and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to create unforgettable shopping moments.
  • Provide real‑time feedback and guidance to the team to empower KPI attainment.
  • Coach and inspire team members toward individual and store performance objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
  • Excellent business acumen and analytical thinking with a proven track record of delivering positive results.
  • Strong time‑management skills and ability to delegate tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Minimum age 18 with ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
  • Flexible schedule required: nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
