About Us: We are a fast scaling management and technology consulting firm and hold multiple contract vehicles for state and federal technology programs. We specialize executive advisory, program management, digital transformation, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), cloud solutions, data analytics, cybersecurity, and mission-critical IT services for both public and private sectors clients. On an urgent basis, we are seeking a dynamic and people focused Senior Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in complex and large scale AWS infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives who would join our existing team on a high profile and critical state of California wide public sector program.

Position Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in complex and large scale AWS infrastructure and cloud migration initiatives with a proven track record of having responsibility for successfully leading complex cloud transformations based upon AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 10 plus years of AWS infrastructure and cloud migration expertise. In the selection process, a strong emphasis will be placed on candidate's strong communication skills (verbal and written), ability to work with cross functional teams (internal and external to the project).

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience leading enterprise-wide modernization or transformation initiatives impacting multiple programs, departments, or business domains.
• Seven (7) years of experience conducting AWS Well-Architected Reviews and implementing remediation or optimization recommendations.
• Seven (7) or more years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must be in a lead capacity.
• Seven (7) years of experience designing reusable IaC modules, blueprints, or architecture patterns for enterprise deployment (Terraform modules, CloudFormation nested stacks, CDK constructs).
• Experience implementing enterprise API lifecycle management, including versioning standards, developer onboarding, governance policies, and API documentation frameworks.
• Five (5) years of expert level experience architecting and supporting Kubernetes/AWS EKS environments
• Possession of a Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification or equivalent
• Must have worked on at least one program with an overall budget exceeding $20m
• Bachelor's in Engineering or related technology field is required, PMP certification is a plus
• Master's degree is desired
