Job Summary
We are looking for a hard-working Rental Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will rent out vehicles to visitors, making their trip memorable in Hawaii. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business. The Sales Agent must meet our company’s high standards and those of our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle inspections pre and post-rental
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions
- Assist customers with questions about vehicle features
- Relocate vehicles within the company as needed
- Fulfill customer requests and respond to inquiries to find the best vehicle for their trip
Qualifications
- Previous experience with customer service preferred
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including extended walking, bending, and standing
- Adherence to company policies and standards
