We’re hiring a Customer Success Account Manager to support high-value enterprise clients across the US and EMEA.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage key enterprise accounts (airports, retail, stadiums)
• Drive renewals, upsells, and platform adoption
• Deliver technical support & strategic advice
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Strategy teams

What You Bring:

• 5+ years managing high-value, technical B2B accounts
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, Martech, APIs & BI tools
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
