Outside Sales Territory Manager – Hudson Valley, NY

We are seeking an Outside Sales Territory Manager to cover Central & Eastern NY / Hudson Valley .
Major Cities: Albany, Utica, Poughkeepsie. Ideal Area of Residence: Albany or Poughkeepsie.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and manage your own territory as a business
- Handle current customer accounts, grow sales, and expand your overall accounts
- Identify top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability
- Use strong follow‑up skills to help us become the company of choice for our customers
Note: Because the territory is in and around the Greater Hudson Valley Area, familiarity with this geography will give you an advantage.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience, preferably in the woodworking or industrial/distribution arena
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and communication skills

Compensation Structure: $65,000 to $75,000 base range plus quarterly commission bonus program. $100,000+ (gross/pretax) is realistic in the first year for a high‑performing rep. Includes $600/month automotive allowance and $0.18/mile fuel reimbursement with a mobile device app.
