Overview

We are a recruitment partner for packaging machinery companies in the USA and Canada. Our client, a well-established manufacturer and supplier of advanced packaging machinery solutions, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team and drive growth across new and existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in sectors such as food processing, agriculture, chemicals, and construction materials.
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale support.
  3. Understand client needs to propose suitable machinery solutions like Bag Filling lines, Palletizers, FFS systems, and Dry Filling machines.
  4. Maintain relationships with existing customers to explore upselling and cross-selling.
  5. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions.
  6. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and site visits.
  7. Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor insights to leadership.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in capital equipment sales within packaging machinery.
  • Strong technical knowledge of machinery such as Bag Filling, Palletizers, FFS, or Dry Fillers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, capable of managing a sales territory independently.
  • Willing to travel frequently to customer sites and trade shows.
